As a friend, colleague and fan of Arlovski I have seen how he helps people out. What a trip. I hear about fighters taking a fight last minute and but this was something else! Scheduling conflicts didn't get me down to the event till about 1PM on Saturday. I had his shorts printed the day before and I really need to thank Chris over at insightsigncompany.com for coming through in a crunch. It's Friday!! For a lot of us Saturday/Sunday means time off.... but whenever we are being lazy on our couch, just think that somewhere, Arlovski is most likely putting somebody in an armbar. Ok... that's my deep thought of the day.

Well, as you all have probably figured it out, we are back from Japan. What a cool trip. Andrei is a funny guy and we got to spend about 10 days touring the country, visiting a variety of different military bases (thanks USO!).



We mainly met with Marines but when we were in Okinawa we met with Navy, Army and some Air Force. I was blown away by how many people came out to see him and how happy they were. So... the military has its own TV station it's called the Armed Forces Network… Continue

If you didn't hear by now, Andrei and I are in Tokyo! This city is amazing and the people are so nice. Andrei is here doing a tour with the USO which puts on events for the military around the world. They picked Japan for Arlovski and we are going to go to Tokyo, Hiroshima, Fuji Island, Okinawa and a couple other cities. After we arrived to our hotel we went out for a japanese dinner at the place where they filmed Kill Bill. It was where that battle happened...
